welcome to the chromatron!

this installation was an interactive thought experiment on what happens when a future-forward species comes across an exoplanet in deep space.. they/you/we discover(s) ancient futuristic technology in a deep space cavern archeology dig, left by a extinct species. what did these ancient beings have to say about their world, what brings people together and what makes a species extinct? will weird art and experiences save us? can our connections save them?
